The goal of this Persona guide booklet was to strengthen the client’s communication strategy by addressing the specific needs of their diverse audience. It was designed during my tenure at Th!nk E for of the Citizen-led renovation initiative, an EU-funded project aimed at empowering communities and enabling citizens to take the lead in energy renovations
We worked closely with energy advisors through a series of workshops to develop detailed personas representing different customer segments. These personas informed the design and content of the booklet, ensuring that the communication strategy was personalized and aligned with the expectations of various client groups. This approach helped create more targeted and impactful experiences for the client’s audience.
Within the project consortium the booklet was both written and designed by Th!nk E.
